Pony Effect Master Eye Palette Holographic Pastel Review

Hi everyone! I know I’ve been a bit lax with new content but I’ve been working on a lot of things and have been a bit short on cash overall. I’m happy to be back with a new review for the Pony Effect Master Eye Palette in the theme Holographic/Pastel! I’ve been wanting to try some Pony Effect products since the launch (I still have my eyes on the Customizing Lip Palette). For those who don’t know, Pony is a Korean makeup artist. She has done makeup for the likes of Kpop star CL among others! She launched her Pony Effect label in conjunction with Memebox a few years ago. The colors in this palette are subdued with a shimmering twist! They’re unlike most of the colors I normally use and seemed great for Spring and Summer. The shades are supposed to be smooth and double as highlighters. Let’s see how it fared! Continue reading “Pony Effect Master Eye Palette Holographic Pastel Review”

I’m Meme I’m Water Pigment Review

Hi beauties! I hope you’ve been doing well! Even though the name doesn’t sound like it, today’s review is all about glitter!!! This is also the first product I’ve tried from Memebox‘s brand I’m Meme! The I’m Water Pigment promises a glittery iridescent shine in a completely liquid formula! That’s right, a quick-dry liquid means no fallout, no glue, no mess. The I’m Water Pigment also claims to be blendable and crease resistant. I’ll be testing and swatching Volume Talk, a bright silver-white pigment. Let’s get to the details! Nooni Root Energy Cleansing Water Review

Hello all! I finally have a new skincare product to review again. The last time I was beauty shopping, I was running low on makeup remover. I had also been reading so much about cleansing waters. So I decided to try both of those things with the  Root Energy Cleansing Water by the Memebox private label brand Nooni. This Korean cleansing water promises gentle cleansing and makeup removal and even the ability to use it as a makeup brush cleaner! I’ll be doing an in depth review with photos and a little video to show how this product works! Continue reading “Nooni Root Energy Cleansing Water Review”

My First Memebox! Hope Girl Haul and Mini-Reviews

Edit June 18, 2017: Memebox is no longer selling products direct on their website 🙁 I’m still keeping this post up though because of the overview of the Hope Girl products, which I still enjoy.

Hello again beauty lovers! So I’ve been a fan of Memebox for a while. I get so many of my Korean skincare and Korean makeup products from there. Still, I usually buy the products individually, so I’m excited to have finally gotten my first box! I decided to get the Hope Girl box, since I’d never tried anything by them and I was in need of a new makeup primer. It came with 5 full-sized products from the brand! Keep reading to see an overview of the Memebox box and mini-reviews of a few of the included products. Continue reading “My First Memebox! Hope Girl Haul and Mini-Reviews”
